Our return policy is very straightforward.
You may return to us, postage prepaid,
any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund, exchange or credit (less shipping and handling).
Please remember that the returned product needs to be in the same condition as shipped.
We cannot take back opened media, because it is assumed that it was installed or copied. Cassette Tapes, Software CD's and Video Tapes or CD’s must be returned in its original unopened wrapping. All shrink wrapped items must be returned in their original wrapping, with the exception of defective products. Once the Software media envelope seal has been broken, it may not be returned.
If any open video, software or audio product is defective, it must be returned to us within 30 day to be replaced by another of the same item. No substitutions.
No authorization is required. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip, and box the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate your name, address and the order number, if available, on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the following address:

For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return by USPS Insured Post or any other service, like UPS or FedEx, which offers tracking numbers. Torahtots will not be responsible for returns lost during delivery if you do not use a traceable method to ship your return.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and examined the returned items. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
